Mr. Johnstone S. Shisanya is a seasoned professional with a Master of Arts Degree in African Studies from the MaryKnoll Institute of African Studies, MN/USA, and Tangaza University College. He also holds credentials as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies.
With over 7 years of dedicated experience in community empowerment, development, and the NGO sector, Mr. Shisanya is a proficient advocate for human rights, focusing particularly on education, child protection, and safeguarding. His skills encompass project management, gender healing and reconciliation, leadership development, team nurturing, programmatic research, as well as training and facilitation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shisanya has held managerial roles at distinguished organizations such as Edmund Rice Advocacy Network East Africa, Omni One Limited, and L’Arche Kenya, showcasing his commitment to driving positive change.
