Watoto Wetu Project staff obtained from four implementing partners; EACHRights, Womankind Kenya (WOKIKE), Marsabit Indigenous Organizations Network (MIO-Net), and New Life Missions (NLM) were trained on Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBM&E) and Strategic & Operational Planning Training.
The training was immensely about Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation as a vital factor of strategic and operational planning. In the last day, the 19 participants formulated action plans so as to guarantee successful program performance and service delivery, as well as enhance strategic and operational planning processes at the organizational level in the four organizations.
