FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER
Martin is the Finance & Administration Manager at EACHRights. He has worked in various sectors of Banking, Educational Institutions, Manufacturing and Not-for-Profit Organizations for the last fourteen years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from KCA University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-Kenya) and a member # 13388 of ICPAK.
He brings to the organization vast experience in Financial Management, Quality control and Project Management, Budgeting & Cash Flow Forecasting skills.
Currently, he provides Management of the Finance function and oversees the finance team, Supports the Program/ Project Staff to prepare good budgets for their work and provide timely financial monitoring information to help take corrective actions where variances are negative, provides timely and accurate donor reports in compliance with Grant Agreement requirements, assesses organizational financial performance and identifies and implements revenue and cost reduction improvements, Prepares management reports regularly and presents to the management team and highlights any exceptions for prompt action and Reviews bank reconciliation on a monthly and timely basis.
