CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Judith Oloo graduated with Bachelors of Academic Law (BAL) Degree in 2005, Bachelors of Laws (LL.B) Degree in 2007 and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2009 from the University of Mysore, India. She pursued her Doctorate (Ph.D. in Laws) at the St. Augustine University of Tanzania, majoring in International Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law and graduated in 2017. Dr. Oloo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 2012.
She has worked as a lecturer and head of Department of Private Law at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). At the time of her appointment, she was a lecturer at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) heading the Department of Public Law. She has published a number of articles on various human rights concerns. Dr. Oloo is passionate about education and rights of the child.
