LINDA ODUOR-NOAH

PROJECT MANAGER

Linda is a Project Manager currently working under the “Education Support Programme” at EACHRights. Linda has worked within the realms of research, policy analysis and evaluation, capacity building and advocacy for the last seven years. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology, Public Policy and Management (Aston University) and a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration (University of Cape Town) which have provided her with the necessary grounding to work on a diverse set of projects, all related to good governance or sustainable livelihoods. Over the last year, Linda has led work exploring the nature and extent of privatization of education in the region. Going forward this will include: research into the context, operationalization and quality of education provision by low-cost private education providers; strengthening the coordination of joint efforts; and providing platforms via which various constituencies can reflect on the growth and impact of privatisation in the region.
